Pasco County approved a 6,951-acre ranch property (bordered by the Suncoast Parkway and State Road 52) to be transformed into a massive research and employment hub that’s projected to produce BILLIONS in economic activity.
H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute plans to build a life sciences research builing on the property.
NYSE Homebuilder Lennar Corp (Ticker: LEN) is planning on building a residential community at the site as well.
